Formulation

Biomega Natural Nutrients S.L. has a highly qualified R&D department. Among others, one of its functions is to develop new product formulas, our own or for third parties. In this case, if the client is interested in a specific function, our Biomega team will investigate the most appropriate formulation and develop all the technical documentation for the product.

Formulation for PETS

Biomega Natural Nutrients S.L. also has a service which develops formulations for pets. In this product line, we have already developed different products for dogs, cats and horses in several formats, all having as a base Natural Omega 3 obtained by Biomega using the cold extraction process.

Encapsulation for third parties

Biomega Natural Nutrients S.L. has become specialized in the elaboration of soft gel capsules. Thus, it offers encapsulation for third parties, be it of previously developed formulations by our team or oils submitted by the client.

Final product packaging

Biomega Natural Nutrients S.L. has different options for final product packaging::

LIQUIDS

• Biomega has a liquid bottling dispenser. Thus, liquids can be presented in different sized containers depending on the needs of each product/client.
• In addition, Biomega also has a sachet filling machine, which makes it possible to manufacture a final product in food safe plastic bags of the best characteristics and also able to present them in different volume sizes.

CAPSULAS

The final capsule packaging can be made as:

• Containers: Biomega has a capsule filler/counter. In this case, the client can be responsible for providing the packaging materials or Biomega can do so through its providers, and be in charge of getting all the containers, labels, boxes, patient information leaflet or any other necessary materials.
• Blister: Biomega has a capsule blister packaging machine of different formats. As in the case of the containers, the client can be responsible for providing Biomega with the conditioning materials or Biomega can do so through its providers, and be in charge of getting all the containers, labels, boxes, patient information leaflet or any other necessary materials.
• Bulk: If the client is responsible for the final packaging, there is a possibility of sending the capsules in bulk.

Drying by atomization

Biomega Natural Nutrients S.L. has two spray dryers for obtaining powder. These sprays are used in the food industry for obtaining flours, aromas or any powder used in the food industry.

Advice/Product Legalization

Desde Biomega Natural Nutrients S.L. offers its clients a product legalization service. Biomega will be in charge of taking all the necessary steps in generating all the documentation for obtaining national code numbers, market entry communications or any other process involved with product legalization.
